“In my opinion, laughter is the best medicine. It helps to alleviate stress and elevate your mood. Whenever I find myself in a stressful situation, nothing seems to work. But when my friends crack jokes, I start laughing, and gradually, the stress fades away. Sometimes stress can be so overwhelming that it keeps you up at night, and you cannot stop thinking about it. In such situations, I prefer to laugh as much as possible to forget everything and reduce my stress levels.”
